    Not quite start-up.
The information in this book is good, it starts almost at the beginning… but I am a beginner’s beginner. Unfortunately, this book starts two weeks into the semester.

Too general to help. Save your money; you really don’t need this book.
I am new to dSLR cameras and was looking for a book that would get me beyond the point and shoot world I had been living in for so many years.

    It’s okay
This is extremely basic. Very vague. Save your money and google “photography for dummies”. You’ll get the same result.
